Monolithic Wooden Horn

A horn carved from a large, solid billet of Baltic birch plywood.
The mass and stiffness provide an exceptionally stable acoustic structure.

Musical properties & advantages:

Minimal coloration. Dense wood damps parasitic vibration—cleaner mids, natural tone.

Greater intelligibility. Attacks and decays resolve without glassiness; more micro-detail at low levels.

Soundstage & focus. Tighter localization; stage width and depth remain stable.

Low listening fatigue. No spiky resonances or ringing—easy to listen for hours.

Dynamics with control. The structure doesn’t “breathe”: drums hit hard and bass stays tight, even on peaks.
